Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Daml of Veritas, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
 
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hour of purchase.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@damlofveritas.com.
- If your cancellation request is received within the 2-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns
We do not accept standard returns, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a discount code for your next purchase or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us directly at info@damlofveritas.com so we can work together to find the best solution.

Exceptions
- After the 1-hour cancellation period has passed, we are unable to cancel or refund your order, as processing begins promptly to ensure timely delivery.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be refunded once processing has started.
